How Wild Hearts Bakehouse Came to Life

I received an L-shaped standing desk for Christmas — something I'd been wanting to help with the real estate computer work. But as I sat at that desk, I felt... trapped. I didn't want to sit at a computer. I could feel the life draining out of me as I poured my energy into something my heart just wasn't in... I really don't care about real estate at all.

So, naturally, I did what any sane person would do.

I returned the desk and bought myself one 6-foot NSF stainless steel table. Pushed to the edge where decisions are made, I closed my eyes and took a leap of faith. I knew I'd rather have less money and more joy, so I started doing what pours energy back into me as I pour it out.

Wild Hearts Bakehouse was born.

Ironically, this Bakehouse has cost me more time and energy than the computer work I started out with — but it has given me so much more. I love it so much I find it difficult to hold balance sometimes! I've learned more about myself, about what love REALLY is, and how to give it to myself as much as I give it to another. I have grown older, softer (and not just physically ;) ), warmer, and hopefully wiser.

I've always felt PULLED... where? I don't really know, but I do know I'm on my way. I have found my tribe - I found where I belong. Thanks for joining me on this journey. I can't wait to show you what we bake up next <3.
